We accommodate vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-friendly requests. Specialty ingredients such as Wagyu, truffles, and caviar are available for an additional cost.

How far in advance should we book our wedding?
We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season. However, we will do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when possible.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No, we do not charge for travel.
Is gratuity included in the pricing?
We apply a 20% service fee to all bookings, which covers the chef's time, preparation, and execution of your event. Additional gratuity is always appreciated but not required.
Can we customize our menu?
Absolutely! Every menu is fully customizable to fit your preferences, dietary needs, and wedding vision. We’ll work closely with you to design the perfect meal.
Do you offer tastings before the wedding?
Yes, we offer private menu tastings for an additional fee. Tastings allow you to preview your wedding menu and make any necessary adjustments before the big day.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We accommodate vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-friendly requests. Please let us know in advance so we can tailor your menu accordingly.
Do you provide tableware, silverware, and glassware?
We can provide plates, silverware, glassware, and napkins for an additional charge of $15 per person. Otherwise, you’re welcome to provide your own rentals.
Will there be waitstaff or bartenders at my event?
We provide waitstaff and bartenders as an add-on service.
Waitstaff: $250 per server (recommended 1 per 10 guests)
Bartender: $300 per bartender
What happens if I need to cancel?
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
